Over the weekend Inside Steppin covered the first annual Queentessential Affair , the newest Chicago steppin event in Texas. The event was put together by Jodi Nickerson, Eunice Wright and the Queentessential Smooth Steppers. It took place over the Dr. Martin Luther King holiday weekend in Houston. We recorded the main 2 days of the event.
Queentessential Affair 2023 Event Schedule
Day 1: The festivities began on Friday January 13th with the "Rep Yo City" in Blazers, Boots, and Bling
Day 2: In the day time there was a Trinity Pro Fitness Bootcamp, and workshops hosted by Snoop & Crew. Saturday night, was the Queentessential Affair's Corsets & Bowties event.
Day 3: Sunday, was the farewell set closing out the event.
