32nd Annual World's Largest Steppers Competition 2023

Welcome All!
Thank you for visiting The Inside Steppin Website. We strive to bring the best coverage of all the Stepping events worldwide. We attended the 32nd Annual World's Largest Steppers Competition 2023 on September 16th at the Tinley Park Convention Center hosted By Mr. Pete Frazier and The Majestic Gents. This well-known community event promotes and supports steppers across the globe. In Collaboration with the Majestic Gents, Inside Steppin covers and broadcasts this event to the masses who may not be physically able to attend.

This event is and has been the pinnacle of the steppers community for many years and allows those who are new to steppin’, as well as those who have been a part of this community for decades, to come together in one room and witness a showcase of some of the best and most talented dancers in the community. The co-hosts for the show have been Brian Forbes, “Ambassador” Kevin Nevels, and the musical talent Mr. “Markey G” and a special guest appearance from Professor Reggie Miles.

We pride ourselves on honesty and transparency! We’re committed to reporting the information about the Chicago Steppin community with integrity and as slight bias as possible. Moving forward, this special placement video and those that follow will become a permanent part of the Inside Steppin routine. Due to complications with music in the background of these dance videos, it is becoming more and more challenging to place such content into social media settings without constraint.

While shooting this event for the last two years and the increased use of technology in public spaces, there were points during the live broadcast that became less than visually pleasurable. One thousand people living simultaneously in a small area makes things even more complicated. It’s OK, though; we have been and are continuing to address those issues and will continue to do so until we have reached a satisfactory resolution, which will be determined by our budget and increasing knowledge. Crowdfunding has been a beneficial source of revenue that has helped us improve along the way.

We have seen you all wearing our shirts in your travels, workshops, classes, and especially on the wood. For that, we appreciate the overwhelming support. World's Largest Steppers competition 2023 WINNERS

Every year we assemble to witness greatness in the making as we attend The World's largest Steppers Competition at the Tinley Park Convention Center Hosted by Pete Frazier and The Majestic Gents. This year was amazing as always. This was a phenomenal event and a class act. I want to personally Congratulate all the contestants and especially the winners. Despite all the speculation, hopes and dreams of all who witness and participate we never know what the outcome will be until the scores are in. The Judges are the deciding factor, PERIOD. Whatever the results, we as a community have a duty to accept and congratulate those who took the time and energy to grace the platform in front of thousands to participate in this showcase.
